At Calimia, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

We may expand shipping availability in the future.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs delays
  • incorrect shipping information

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping offers.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect shipping information is entered at checkout, delays or delivery failures may occur.

Calimia is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and also notify us so we can assist where possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged packaging
  • photos of the damaged item(s)

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays outside of our control may occur.

Calimia is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.


Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages.

If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.


Order Changes / Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations after checkout.
