At Calimia, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Have original packaging and tags attached
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Products damaged due to misuse

One-Size Fit Disclaimer

Our signature leggings are designed with adaptive stretch to fit a wide range of body types comfortably. Fit may vary depending on body shape, proportions, and personal preference.

A return request based solely on fit preference may be subject to review if the product has been worn.

Return Process

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if item is damaged or incorrect

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • A verified fulfillment error occurred

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos for faster resolution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.

Unauthorized chargebacks for fulfilled orders may be disputed with supporting delivery and transaction documentation.
